Larry Schick over at Ski Washington issued a Powder Alert yesterday, Powder day for Friday morning. New snow and Crystal to open, here’s a preview:
We already have 1-2ft of dense, good quality base as the snowpack deepens. There may be a spotty 3 ft, on the ground at some areas in the Washington Cascades. More is coming. Last Friday I promised 3-5ft of new in the subsequent 7-10 days. It looks like that prediction will verify a tad early. I am confident of this storm and next weeks dumpage – it’s classic La Nina- textbook.
